Costa Concordia to be dismantled in Genoa | Business Brief

Last summer, the wrecked Italian cruise ship Costa Concordia was refloated and towed to the Italian port of Genoa. Genoa is where the Costa Concordia was built and launched nine years ago. Now it is the place where the passenger ship will be scrapped for an estimated 100 million euros. It is the largest scrapping operation so far in Europe.
